MALVACEAE PROJECT
|
|||||
Research in my lab and that of various collaborators over the last ten years or so has resulted in a reasonably clear picture of the phylogeny of Malvaceae s.l. (including the traditional families, Bombacaceae, Malvaceae, Sterculiaceae, and Tiliaceae). The following figures summarize the current state of knowledge, as laid-out in a series of publications (with some information from unpublished data).Click on Malvatheca for a summary of recent findings and current research. *numbers within triangles indicate the number of genera (as recognized in Bayer and Kubitzki)
